  • Chef’s Soup of the Day – Served with warm bread & butter

  • Pan-Fried Scallops – Accompanied by hashed potato & pesto

  • Sweet Chilli Glazed Chicken Popcorn – Served with an Asian-inspired salad and soy sauce & ginger dressing

  • Vegan Feta Salad – Tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, onion, peppers, lettuce, olive oil & lemon dressing, served with toasted flatbread

Main Course

  • Supreme of Chicken – With mushroom risotto, sautéed vegetables, mushroom velouté, and parmesan tuille

  • 8oz Chargrilled Steak – Served medium-rare, accompanied by chunky chips and greens

  • Fillet of Seabass – Accompanied by prawns in parsley, lemon & garlic gremolata, chargrilled asparagus spears, cheesy smashed new potatoes, and artichoke & truffle sauce

  • Chargrilled Cauliflower & Vegan Cheese – Served with garlic Dijon green beans & potato Pont Neuf

Desserts

  • Crème Brûlée – Served with macaroons

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding – Accompanied by vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce

  • Tiramisu – Made with Amaretto and coffee-soaked ladyfingers, dusted with cocoa powder
