Ready for an Unforgettable Route Through Wales?
The Start - Lion Quay Hotel
We open at 8:30 AM and kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 9:00 AM for registration. Our departure is scheduled for 10:00 AM.
For added convenience, we offer a night before room and breakfast bookings at the same hotel at a special discounted rate. This allows for a relaxed morning and an opportunity to meet some of the other tour members the night before.

Day One Highlights
Horseshoe Pass: Winding roads and stunning views over Dee Valley make for an exhilarating drive.
Evo Triangle: A thrilling route with sharp turns and scenic landscapes, perfect for testing your skills.
Snowdonia Pass: Scenic route with breathtaking mountain views, perfect for an invigorating drive through the heart of Snowdonia.
Llanberis Pass: Picturesque route with winding roads and stunning landscapes, offering a fantastic driving experience and beautiful views.
Black Rock Sands: Unique drive on beach experience with vast open spaces and firm sand. making it perfect for capturing memorable shots.
The Hotel – Snowdonia
Included in our tour is a stay at the IXORA Hotel & Spa. In the evening, we have Private dining with a 3-course menu with a choice between 3 starters, mains and deserts. (a pre-order request will be sent out closer to the tour date.)
In the morning, enjoy a buffet breakfast starting at 7:00 AM. We'll gather in the lobby at 9:30 AM before embarking on day two of the Welsh Route.
Day Two Highlights
Crimea Pass: Scenic and winding mountain pass with thrilling curves and expansive views.
B4391: A hidden gem with winding roads and stunning views, offering a fantastic driving experience. Could this be the best driving road in Wales?
Bala Lake Quick stop to relax around Wales' largest natural lake.
Penmaenpool Toll Bridge Unique and charming wooden toll bridge, perfect for taking great photos.
Coastal Route to Aberdyfi: Scenic coastal drive with stunning sea views and charming villages along the way.
Machynlleth Mountain Road: Challenging mountain drive with steep climbs, sharp turns, and breathtaking landscapes.
The Finish – Elan Valley via Devil's Bridge
The final part of our route takes us through the stunning Elan Valley, marking the conclusion of our tour at approximately 4:00 PM.
We'll keep the wrap-up brief to accommodate those driving home. Simply return your loaned radios and bid your farewells.
